Alliance Memory, Inc., and ZMD AG announced today that Alliance Memory (of San Carlos, California) has acquired from ZMD (a Dresden, Germany company) its complete SRAM product line. The acquisition involves the manufacturing rights, mask sets, IP and all remaining inventory.
