ALLIANCE MEMORY ACQUIRES SRAM BUSINESS UNIT
FROM ZMD
Alliance Memory, Inc., and ZMD AG announced today
that Alliance Memory (of San Carlos, California) has acquired from
ZMD (a Dresden, Germany company) its complete SRAM product line. The
acquisition involves the manufacturing rights, mask sets, IP and all
remaining inventory. Alliance Memory, Inc. will continue to offer
former ZMD's 64k and 256k Low Power SRAM's in commercial, industrial,
and automotive temperature ranges. read
