Alliance Memory, Inc. Signs Future Electronics As Worldwide Distributor - SAN MATEO, CALIFORNIA
San Mateo, California. September 27, 2006 – Alliance Memory, Inc. today announced the signing of Future Electronics, a leading electronics distributor, to a Worldwide Distribution agreement. This agreement allows for Future Electronics to distribute Alliance Memory, Inc. Fast Asynchronous Semiconductor products throughout the world. This marks the first worldwide distributor for Alliance Memory and nicely compliments the more than 20 regional distributors already in place worldwide.
“We were looking for a dominating presence in distribution and we have now signed our number one target,” says David Bagby, President of Alliance Memory, Inc. “ Not only does Future have the worldwide presence we were looking for, they have deep relationships with the customer base. We expect the majority of our business to go through distribution and the approach Future Electronics has to marketing is second to none.”
