Alliance Memory Offers Readily Available AS6C62256 Low-Power SRAM Drop-In Replacements for CY62256

SAN CARLOS, Calif. —June 27, 2018 — Alliance Memory, a manufacturer of hard-to-find SRAM, DRAM, and SDRAM ICs, today announced that it is offering low-power SRAMs (LPSRAMs) that are direct replacements for CY62256 series devices for which Cypress Semiconductor Corporation has issued a product termination notification with a last-time buy date of July 4, 2018.
