AS25F : 128Mb 3V Serial NOR Flash
Alliance Memory’s AS25F3128MQ part series is 128Mega bits serial interface NOR Flash memory devices designed for operating on a single power supply from 2.7~3.6V. These devices supports Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI), Dual/Quad IO SPI as well as Quad Peripheral Interface (QPI) with SPI clock frequencies up to 166MHz, allowing equivalent clock rate of 332MHz for Dual I/O and 664MHz for Quad IO. Available in 8-pin SOIC Wide Body (208mils) and 8L WSON (6x5mm) packages, the devices provide reliable, long-term performance with High program/erase cycles and Long data retention.
