Alliance Memory is now the authorized source for genuine N25Q (AT25Q/MX25L/W25Q) 1.8V & 3V SPI Serial NOR Flash devices for storage applications from Micron Technology, Inc.
Micron is still building these parts specifically for Alliance Memory, and under a special agreement with Micron, we will continue to support these parts through 2021.
The following Micron-made N25Q 1.8V & 3V SPI Serial NOR Flash parts available now direct from Alliance Memory. These RoHS compliant devices feature 108MHz clock rate and are offered with Industrial -40°C to +85°C and Automotive(-40°C~125°C) temperature ranges.
Micron’s N25Q series are high-performance multiple input/output serial Flash memory device manufactured on 65nm NOR technology. It features execute-in-place (XIP) functionality, advanced write protection mechanisms, and a high-speed SPI-compatible bus interface. The innovative, high-performance, dual and quad input/output instructions enable double or quadruple the transfer bandwidth for READ and PROGRAM operations.
