Alliance Memory Announces Distribution Agreement With Avnet Electronics Marketing Asia

SAN CARLOS, Calif. — April, 26, 2012 — Alliance Memory today announced a distribution agreement with Avnet Electronics Marketing Asia, part of the global technology distributor Avnet Inc. (NYSE: AVT). Under the terms of the agreement, Avnet Electronics Marketing, the largest distributor of electronic components in Asia, will offer Alliance Memory’s entire lineup of SRAMs and DRAMs to customers in the Asia-Pacific region.

Alliance Memory manufactures a complete line of SRAMs, including 3.3 V and 5 V fast asynchronous SRAMs with speeds from 10 ns to 20 ns; low-power devices with densities from 64 Kb to 16 Mb; and 2.5 V and 3.3 V ZBT/Sync pipelined burst (SPB)/Sync burst (SB) products. In addition, company has recently introduced synchronous DRAMs (SDR) with densities of 64 Mb, 128 Mb, and 256 Mb. Beyond distribution of these products, Avnet Electronics Marketing Asia will also provide associated design-chain and supply-chain services.
