February 2019 Quarterly Newsletter

VISIT ALLIANCE MEMORY AT EMBEDDED WORLD 2019

Alliance Memory will be making its Embedded World debut in Hall 3A, Stand 613, February 26-28. Highlights will include our extensive line of automotive temperature SDRAMs, high-speed pseudo SRAMs (PSRAMs), low-power SDRAMs, and mobile LPDDRs. In addition, we’ll be showcasing our offering of discontinued Cypress Semiconductor CY62256 low-power SRAMs and end-of-life 8G DDR3L SDRAMs from Micron Technology. Learn more. . .

MICRON EOL 8G DDR3L SDRAMS NOW AVAILABLE FROM ALLIANCE MEMORY

In keeping with our commitment to supporting the SDRAM needs of our customers, we’re excited to announce that Alliance Memory is offering several end-of-life 8G DDR3L SDRAMs for which Micron Technology announced a last-time buy date of Jan. 13, 2019. These are genuine Micron parts with Micron part numbers. For three of the devices, we’re also offering versions with Alliance Memory part numbers that use the same genuine single-die Micron silicon as the Micron-numbered parts. Learn more. . .

ALLIANCE MEMORY CUTS LEAD TIMES FOR AUTOMOTIVE TEMPERATURE DRAM PORTFOLIO

We are now holding many of our DRAMs with -40°C to 105°C automotive temperature ratings in finished goods stock, and have reduced the lead times for our most popular products to just six weeks. Alliance Memory offers a complete line-up of automotive temperature ICs, including SDRAM, double data rate (DDR), DDR2, and DDR3 devices in a wide range of densities. The high-quality devices are available with short to zero lead times and competitive pricing. Learn more. . .

NEW X8, X16, AND X32 512MB MONOLITHIC CMOS SDRAMS

We’ve extended our offering of 512Mb high-speed CMOS SDRAMs with new monolithic 64M x 8 (AS4C64M8SC-7TIN) and 32M x 16 (AS4C32M16SC-7TIN) devices in the 54-pin 400-mil plastic package, and a 16M x 32 (AS4C16M32SC-7TIN) device in the 86-pin TSOP II package. Learn more. . .

FROM THE PRESIDENT

There’s been a lot of gloom and doom in our industry lately. Some of our peer companies are reporting really horrible numbers for last month. Sometimes gloom can be contagious, so we just want you to know that Alliance Memory had its best month ever in January 2019. Perhaps this is just because we’re fortunate to have really strong customers. But we like to think we’re answering a market need and doing so effectively by choosing the right mix of products, supporting customers in every way we can, and working hard to anticipate what the market’s needs will be in the future. What do you think? Drop me a line at david@alliancememory.com.
