New 32Mb Fast SRAM
Alliance Memory has expanded its offering of fast CMOS SRAMs with a new 32Mb device in the 6 mm by 8 mm 48-ball FBGA package. Configured as 2M x 16, the AS7CW2M16-10BIN offers a wide power supply range from 1.65V to 3.6V, fast access times down to 10 ns minimum, data retention voltages down to 1.5V minimum, and low power consumption with operating currents down to 43mA typical and standby current of 10mA typical. To meet the demand for higher-density CMOS DDR4 SDRAMs, Alliance Memory has expanded our portfolio with new 8Gb, 16Gb, and 32Gb devices that combine low power consumption with fast clock speeds up to 1600MHz and transfer rates up to 3200 MT/s in 78-ball FBGA and 96-ball FBGA packages. Learn More

Serial NOR Flash High-Density Devices
We’ve added to our serial NOR Flash product line with the introduction of three new 3.3 V families with density of 128Mb, 256Mb, and 512Mb. These devices offer high performance and flexibility, making them an ideal choice for applications ranging from mobile PCs, servers, and laptops to digital TVs, printers, and connectivity modules.
