To increase battery life in portable electronics for the consumer, commercial, and industrial markets, Alliance’s Memory’s LPDDR4 and LPDDR4X SDRAMs with / without on-chip ECC offers low-voltage operation of 1.1V/1.8V and 0.6V, respectively, in the 200-ball FBGA package with x16 and x32 bus width options. Providing increased efficiency for advanced audio and high-resolution video in embedded applications, the devices deliver fast clock speeds of 2.13GHz, 1.86GHz & 1.6GHz for extremely high transfer rates of 4.26Gbps, 3.73Gbps & 3.2Gbps. Available in densities from 2Gb to 32Gb in both Industrial Grades (operating over a temperature range of -40°C to +95°C) and Automotive Grades (AEC-Q100 qualified operating over a temperature range of -40°C to +105°C).
