Providing increased efficiency for advanced audio and high-resolution video in embedded applications, the devices deliver fast clock speeds of 2.13GHz, 1.86GHz & 1.6GHz for extremely high transfer rates of 4.26Gbps, 3.73Gbps & 3.2Gbps. Available in densities from 2Gb to 32Gb in both Industrial Grades (operating over a temperature range of -40°C to +95°C) and Automotive Grades (AEC-Q100 qualified operating over a temperature range of -40°C to +105°C).
