CONTINUING SUPPORT FOR MUST-HAVE MICRON 512-MB SDRAMS
It’s more than two years since our landmark agreement with Micron to extend availability of the popular MT48LC32M16 and MT48LC64M8 512-Mb DRAMs. We will continue to support these products with their original part numbers through 2017. We have released drop-in replacements with our own Alliance Memory part numbers, in the AS4C32M16SB family, to ensure an ongoing supply of these key devices for our customers.

NEW 512-MB HIGH-SPEED MOBILE SDR SDRAMS
Designers of today’s mobile devices are tasked with providing more functionality in tighter spaces while using less power. To meet this demand, Alliance Memory just introduced two new high-speed CMOS mobile synchronous DRAMs (MSDR) designed to extend battery life in mobile devices: the 512-Mb AS4C32M16MS and AS4C16M32MS.
DESIGN REGISTRATION PROGRAM
Earlier this month Alliance Memory announced a design win registration program to add a new level of confidence for our customers and distributors. If you still haven’t received your copy of the design registration form and other background information, please let Sue Macedo know.
FROM THE PRESIDENT
Every time I go to electronica, it’s like coming home again. There’s nothing like it as a place to catch up with new and old friends throughout the industry. This is Alliance Memory’s third time to have a booth at electronica. We’ve come a long way since our first electronica in 2012. We have a much larger product portfolio. We play an increasingly important role as original manufacturers continue to reduce their support timeframes. We’re proud that Europe is our largest geographic market segment and gratified to be working with its top distributors—Rutronik, Avnet, Endrich, and Future Electronics. We hope you’ll stop by our booth in Munich (Hall A5, Booth 224) and see the new products we’re presenting for the first time to the European market.
